Located south of the city, on the road that connects Saint Rémy de Provence to Baux de Provence, "Les Antiques" are historical monuments marking the entrance to Glanum.

Mausoleum of Glanum
The Mausoleum of Glanum is classified as a historical monument.
With the Arc de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, a few meters away, it forms what is traditionally called the “Antiques of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence”.

Glanum triumphal arch
The municipal arch of Glanum is a Roman arch located in the town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the Bouches-du-Rhône.
It is very similar to the Roman arches found in the towns of Orange and Carpentras in the Vaucluse.

Access is free, only the nearby car park is chargeable.

Peiroou Lake

Peiroou Lake is also associated with the "Pirou" dam, the first known arch dam, which was intended to supply water to the Glanum site.

Estrine Museum

Estrine Museum

A true jewel of 18th century Provençal architecture, the Hôtel Estrine was built in 1748 to house the seat of the judicature of the princes of Monaco. It was fully restored in 1989 and awarded the Living Heritage Prize of the Fondation de France. Since 2007, it has housed the Musée Estrine, a young museum in France and in 2014 has just benefited from a vast expansion and renovation program.

Alpilles Museum

The Museum of the Alpilles of Saint Rémy de Provence, created in 1919, is installed in a former private mansion of the Renaissance period classified as a Historic Monument, the Mistral de Montdragon hotel. Of great architectural quality, the building houses a remarkable interior courtyard.

Saint Paul de Mausole and Vincent Van Gogh

The monastery of Saint-Paul de Mausole owes its name to the proximity of the mausoleum of Glanum, which forms with the triumphal arch of Glanum a set that is traditionally called the "Antiques of Saint Rémy de Provence".

The monastery housed an asylum, the psychiatric hospital of Saint-Paul-de-Mausole, which is now called the “Maison de Santé de Saint-Paul”.
